The holiday apartment Arezzo is located in Ortygia island (historic centre of Syrakusa), a few steps away from the see and from the main square of Ortigia. You can be sure you'll enjoy your stay in Syrakusa and in the wonderful South East of Sicilien, both awarded by UNESCO as world heritages!
The apartment is located in a little street near via Cavour, one of most characteristic street of the old town. The cathedral is about 300 metres away. The market and the free parking are only 400 metres away. The historic centre of Syrakusa is an island, so there are many places where you can swim. The nearest beach is about 200 metres away!

The apartment is about 40 m², it's on the first floor and it's composed of a double bedroom, a living room (with a bed-sofa), a bathroom with a shower, a fully equipped kitchen (with refrigerator, freezer, gas-stove, oven, crockery, etc.) and a large roof terrace (40 m²) with gazebo, table, chairs, deck-chairs, etc. The entrance is independent.
The holiday apartment is good for 2 people, but it can accommodate up to 4 people.

In the neighbourhood there are many restaurants with typical or international food, bars and pizzerias, many shops with typical Sicilian products (food and crafts), many internet cafés and everything you need for a comfortable holiday.
Syrakusa is a town of Sicilien where you can combine art, history, sea, nature and food with our warm Sicilian hospitality!

- on booking: 20% of whole amount;
- on arrival: the remaining amount in cash;
- on arrival: 150 EUR pant (it will be returned to you at the end of your stay);
- on departure: the cost of any damages;
