Fontane Bianche is a renowned seaside resort in the vicinity of Siracusa (about 15 km away), famous for its crystal waters and clear golden sand.
This accommodation offers a panoramic sea view and it is a perfect base to tour the other surrounding beaches (Isola delle Correnti, Vendicari, San Lorenzo, Eloro, etc.) or to get around in the South of Syracuse (Noto, Modica, Ragusa, etc.).

Steps lead up to your own decked veranda with a wonderful view on the sea - the perfect spot to enjoy an alfresco meal and watch the beach in the distance. The veranda leads straight into the cosy dining/living room, comfortably furnished with modern furniture and warm vibrant colours, while the welcoming bedroom is a cool relaxing retreat. In a cold day you can enjoy your breakfast sitting behind the windows and soak up the sea view.
The apartment has been recently refurbished with a new bathroom and kitchen. It is composed of one bedroom, one bathroom, a small kitchen and a dining/living room. It is ideally suited for a couple or a family of 4.
Facilities include air conditioning, gas cooker,electric oven, fridge plus separate freezer, washing machine, TV, CD/radio player and hairdryer. A barbecue is provided. Well behaved dogs are welcome.
Parking is available inside the cottage.

This apartment is situated less than 1 minute walk from a small supermarket and from the bus stop. Newsagent, bars, pharmacy,emergency doctore, restaurants, pizzerie, gelaterie, are in a walking distance too. For this reason a car is suggested but not necessary.
A short drive away, the small town of Cassibile with each kind of shops, markets, pubs and restaurants.

You pay:
- on booking: 20% of whole amount;
- on arrival: the remaining amount in cash;
- on arrival: deposit of 150 euro (it will be returned to you at the end of your stay);
- on departure: the cost of any damages;

"Our family, two adults and two children ages 10 and 11 spent the last two weeks of June at Casa Gianni. The apartment is sparkling new and well equipped. There are three different outdoor areas to dine, grill, relax or play in. One of the terraces
is directly off the kitchen with views of the sea. We spent most of our time around a table there feasting on fresh local food when not at the beach or on a day trip.The quick walk to the long sandy beach was perfect for the kids.The beach is large and varied enough that you can pick a different spot every day to suit your mood. This was our home beach.
Fontane Bianche's location is convenient for day trips with a car. Nature preserves at Vendicari, Macchia Foresta Del Fiume Irminio and a virtual Eden at Cavagrande del Cassible offer pristine surroundings for water fun. Etna is a little over an hour and a half away. The architecture of the region rivals the stunning natural surroundings. The fabulous Baroque cities of Noto, Modica, and Ragusa are easily accessible. Buses run between Fontane Bianchi and Siracusa every hour and a half. This was simply brilliant.
The very pleasant apartment in this fantastic natural and cultural setting made for an excellent vacation. But the best thing about Casa Gianni is its owner. He was more than helpful with tips about the area. He even made us feel like we could speak and understand Italian!"
