It is located only a few meters from a traditional public swimming site in Ortigia island (Siracusa). You can sit at your dining table and look out at the sea while you enjoy your breakfast! This charming studio apartment has been completely rebuilt in September 2005. It is on the ground floor, and is fully independent. It is also fully equipped, has independent heating/air conditioning, bathroom with shower, and a full kitchenette (refrigerator, stovetop, etc.) It is ideal for one or two persons. Nearby there are many restaurants and
cafes, and it is a natural base from which to explore Ortigia while
strolling along the waterfront just outside your door! Ortigia is delightfully
intimate, and you are never more then an easy 5-minute walk to any point
on the island, including the Farmer's Market, the Duomo, and the Temple
of Apollo.

es perfecto. Decorado con buen gusto, limpio, con equipación, y
sobre todo en un lugar privilegiado, en la isla de Ortigia, como se ve
en las fotos, desde el sofá-cama puedes ver el mar. La playa a
la que se accede justo delante de la casa es de aguas cristalinas, óptima
para el buceo, sin duda la mejor de Siracusa. La propietaria y el encargado
muy amables, pendientes de nuestra llegada y accesibles. El único
inconveniente es que es una calle con bastante tráfico, pero hacia
la noche va calmándose. Volveremos. Ha sido un placer." "A
