This holiday house is located in the historic centre of Siracusa (Ortigia) in a wide square close to the sea, a few steps away from the via Maestranza, and lined with stately baroque palaces. It is also very close to piazza Archimede, where there is the famous Fountain of Diana, and the sea-front, where you can have a wonderful view of Ortygia island. A short walk also brings you to the island's beaches and to all the most famous historical sites and others monuments of Ortygia.

The flat is located at first floor in a independent building and is composed of a living room with a large single bed sofa and a fully equipped kitchen (with refrigerator, freezer, gas-stove, etc.), a little bathroom with shower and a large mezzanine with a double bed. The house has the washing machine, the satellite TV and the air conditioning/heating, it is about 40 m² and it can accommodate up to 4 people.
This is a cheap but very comfortable apartment, the ideal accommodation for enjoying Siracusa!

In the neighbourhood there are many restaurants with typical or international food, bars and pizzerias, many shops with typical Sicilian products (food and crafts), many internet cafés, the bus station, the tourist office and everything you need for a comfortable holiday.
A free parking is available 200 meters far from the apartment!
