This holiday house is in the historic centre of Siracusa (south east of Sicily) in a wide square close to the sea, a few steps away from the via Maestranza, and lined with stately baroque palaces. It is also very close to piazza Archimede, where there is the famous Fountain of Diana, and the sea-front, where you can have a wonderful view of Ortygia island. A short walk also brings you to the island's beaches and to all the most famous historical sites and others monuments of Ortygia.

The holiday house is located in a independent building and is composed of a living room with a large single bed sofa and a fully equipped kitchen (with refrigerator, freezer, gas-stove, etc.), a little bathroom with shower and a large mezzanine with a double bed. The house has the washing machine, the satellite TV and the air conditioning/heating, it is about 40 m² and it can accommodate up to 4 people.
A free parking is available 200 meters far from the apartment!

In the neighbourhood there are many restaurants with typical or international food, bars and pizzerias, many shops with typical Sicilian products (food and crafts), many internet cafés, the bus station, the tourist office and everything you need for a comfortable holiday.
Siracusa is in the South East of Sicily. In Siracusa you can combine art, history, sea, nature and food with our warm Sicilian hospitality!

- transfer from Catania airport to the house: 50 €.

- on booking: 20% of whole amount;
- on arrival: the remaining amount in cash;
- on arrival: deposit of 150 euro (it will be returned to you at the end of your stay);
- on departure: the cost of any damages;
