The Prestige Flat in Ortygia is located at third floor with elevator in a 18th century Palace, which stand in a quiet street right in the centre of the historical old town of Syracuse, a few steps away from the seafront.
This holiday flat, tastefully decorated and with a large & cosy terrace, is one of the most perfect accommodation for exploring all of Ortigia's many attractions. Only a few steps away from piazza Duomo, Fontana Aretusa, Palazzo Bellomo museum, St Martino Church, an all the main attractions of Ortigia. Everything you need is on the doorstep and you are also within a 10 minute walk of the open-air market, with fresh fruit and vegetables in brilliant colours, local fish, and specialist stalls displaying sacks of sun-dried tomatoes, honey, barrels of olives, bottles of olive oil and the local cheeses.

The apartment is composed of:
- open plan sitting room/dining room/kitchen with 3 windows (plenty of light).
- single bedroom
- double bedroom with en-suite facilities (bathroom with WC and wash basin) situated on a mezzanine floor above the living room
- bathroom with shower, bidet, WC and wash basin
- terrace with direct access from the living room

This two bedroom flat in Ortigia is clean, secure & well maintained to the highest standards and it can accommodate up to 5 persons thanks to the twin bed sofa in the living room.
Domestic fixtures and appliances include satellite TV, Wifi brodband, radio/CD player, gas cooking hob, integrated fridge/freezer, electric oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, iron & ironing board, hair dryer, lamps and stylish lighting throughout, and much more.
Air conditioning/ heating, electricity, internet connection, bed linen and towels are all INCLUDED in the rental.
Tumble Dryer & washer are available in the laundry located at the second floor in the building.
Sorry, pets are not accepted and smoking is not permitted within the apartment.

- on booking: 20% of whole amount;
- on arrival: the remaining amount in cash;
- on arrival: deposit of 150 euro (it will be returned to you at the end of your stay);
- on departure: the cost of any damages;
