The low cost apartment Tolomei in Ortigia is suitable for those who have
a limit budget and look just for a place where sleeping.
This is a simple
but charming ground floor apartment. It has a very small double bedroom in a mezzanine
reachable by a narrow spiral staircase and without window, a small living corner
with sofa and television without window too, a kitchen with fridge, cooker and
table/chairs, a small bathroom and a terrace reachable by a narrow spiral staircase
with a lovely view on the sea. The apartment has 2 front doors that are the only
light sources of the apartment.
In this apartment every room is very small
so it is not suggested who intend to spend much time inside. Furthermore the ceiling
is very low in some areas (1,70/1,80 meters) so it may not be suitable for tall
people. Despite these limitations the location (in front to the sea) and the lovely
terrace looking the sea make the place very special and cosy. Thanks to the
lovely terrace you can spend pleasant hours relaxing or you can enjoy a romantic
al fresco dinner.

This holiday apartment is conveniently
located for people coming by car because it is close to a cheap parking (parking
Talete). It is also close to everything you need: restaurants, pizzerie, many
shops, and the open air market are easily reachable on foot.

è in una posizione ottimale per chi voglia godersi il fascino di Ortigia,
vicino ai parcheggi, al centro storico e al divertentissimo mercato: è
vero che i soppalchi sono un po’ scomodi, pertanto il luogo è più
adatto a persone che non hanno problemi di mobilità, ma l’appartamento
è bene attrezzato, accogliente, in una zona tranquilla, e soprattutto il
terrazzino vista mare è uno spazio davvero godibile che ripaga ampiamente
di qualche scala da fare!"
