Villa
Marika is a beautifully secluded holiday cottage situated within
walking distance (200m away) of the beach in the Penisola
Maddalena area, only 7km away from Syracuse.
Set in quiet and peaceful surroundings it has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms,
1 kitchen, a separate dining room/lounge and a large patio. Master bedroom
has double bed and wardrobe. The second bedroom has 2 single beds with
small wardrobe. The third bedroom has a small queen size bed (120cm
x 200cm). Both the bathrooms have shower, sink, bidet and toilet. The
large open-plan living/dining room which opens out to the double door
patio has a fireplace.
Patio tables and chairs are provided along with all the bed linen.
A barbecue and an external shower are available in the villa.
The villa is fully equipped with a fully fitted kitchen. Facilities
include a gas cooker, electric oven, fridge plus separate freezer, washing
machine, colour TV, DVD player and CD/radio player, air conditioning,
iron & ironing board and hairdryer.
The cottage sleep five/six people.
The location is a good base for exploring the
beaches and the coast, and a short drive away from Syracuse and its
antique centre (Ortigia). Car is necessary to stay in this villa.
It is an ideal base for a family beach holiday or an unforgettable
break with friends. You can be sure that villa Marika is a great
