Villa Nunziatella is a beautiful semi-detached apartment situated in a great location a few steps away from the Fontane Bianche beach (just 30 meters away!) within walking distance to a mini-market and dining facilities. Fontane Bianche is a renowned seaside resort in the vicinity of Siracusa (about 15 km away), famous for its crystal waters and clear golden sand. It is a spacious apartment with a good sized patio and private parking. The upper apartment is used by the owner on summer. When the owner do not live there (during low and medium season) the terrace of the upper apartment with a fabulous view of Fontane Bianche bay is available for the guests. Located in a peaceful setting, it provides the perfect family holiday home. This villa on the sea is ideal also for honeymoon couples, large groups of people, more families or retired. It is on the ground floor and comprises: Double bedroom (1 x 160cm wide bed), Bedroom with double bed (1 x 160cm wide bed) plus bunk beds (2 x 80cm wide bunk beds), Bunk bedroom (2 x 80cm wide bunk beds). Bathroom with bath/shower. External bathroom with shower and laundry facilities. Fully equipped kitchen. Living and dining room with double sofa bed. Large patio ideal for a drink and to enjoy the fresh air and good company. The garden is 500 mq about. The villa is well equipped with satellite TV, DVD, radio/CD player, air conditioning, hairdryer, baby cot, highchair and a really well-stocked kitchen with gas hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator/freezer. It has also large parking (3/4 cars), ping pong, table football, BBQ. Furnishings are practical and comfortable. This holiday house sleeps 8 guests plus a further 2 on a sofa bed in the lounge area. This Villa is ideally located for visiting many of South East Sicily's quaint villages, beaches and numerous attractions. The picturesque village of Marzamemi is famous for its tonnara, whilst the quaint fishing harbour of Portopalo offers fresh fish every day. Long stretches of beach are in the South cost from the wonderful Isola delle Correnti to Marina di Ragusa. Visit Modica with its quaint streets and the baroque town of Noto. Take also a day trip to the beautiful Nature reserve of Vendicari: there are numerous nature walks and bird watching. Finally, do not forget Pantalica and Ortigia, both awarded from UNESCO as World Heritage.
