of Punta del Pero is about 5 minutes away, while Siracusa is 15 minutes

of the house is clean, bright and fresh, with large windows and a general
feeling of space.
The villa consists of two double bedrooms (one with sea view), one twin
bedroom, two bathrooms (one with shower and one with bath tub), a well
designed and fully equipped kitchen (with sea view), a dining area and
a large living room with white sofas. The living room has large windows
with sea view and leads to a large terrace overlooking the countryside
and the sea.
The
house is equipped with heating, air conditioning, washing machine, Tv,
DVD player, BBQ.
The entire house has been tastefully furnished and the villa enjoys
a private terrace, secluded garden and parking.
Clean

open spaces, views, and proximity to the famose seaside resorts of Fontane
Bianche, Terrauzza and Arenella make this an ideal property for families
