Villetta Giuseppina is a private cottage located just 100 meters away from Fontane Bianche beach, one of the most beautiful and cleanest beaches in Syracuse.
This cottage is in a fabulous location for a relaxing rest in the beach or for exploring the South East of Sicily (Syracuse, Noto, Marzamemi, Vendicari, Modica, Ragusa, etc.).
This seaside cottage is situated less than 1 minute walk from a small supermarket and from the bus stop. Newsagent, bars, pharmacy,emergency doctor, restaurants, pizzerie, gelaterie, are in a walking distance too. For this reason a car is suggested but not necessary.
A short drive away, the small town of Cassibile with each kind of shops, markets, pubs and restaurants.

Through a secluded small garden in sicilian style (with a lemon tree, an orange tree and some figs tree), you will find a comfortable and simple house, ideally suited for a couple or a family of 4.
This seaside cottage has been recently refurbished with a new bathroom and a new kitchen. It consists of a double bedroom, a bedroom with a bunk bed, a bathroom with shower, a dining room/kitchen and can sleep up to 5 people, utilizing a folding bed in dining room. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, washing machine, electric oven as well as all the many other essential items.
The dining room has a color TV and the air conditioning.
Outside, there is a veranda with sea view. A magnificent view can be enjoyed also from the separate roof terrace.
The veranda is equipped with table and chairs and it is ideal for either just relaxing over breakfast, or perfect for a BBQ on a summer evening.

Well behaved dogs are welcome.
There is no telephone but there is reception for a mobile phone.
Parking is available inside the cottage for one vehicle.

"Wir waren 1 Woche in Villa Guiseppina und fühlten uns wie zu Hause! Das Haus hat eine sehr funktionale Küche mit wirklich allen notwendigen Utensilien, selbst Wasser, Kaffee, Toilettenrollen, Duschgel, Waschmittel, Gewürze, Servietten, Handtücher, Bettwäsche + Waschmaschine etc. waren da. Frische Brötchen direkt nebenan (super Pfirsiche!). Für eine Familie mit 2 Kinder ist es optimal. Der Aufenthalt war auf jeden Fall super angenehm, weil man das Gefühl hatte, in seinem eigenen Haus zu wohnen. Die warme Außendusche im Garten nutzten wir jeden Tag, so blieb das Bad innen schön sauber....
Die 2. Terrasse auf dem Dach war eine Wucht! Die Nächte waren ruhig und wir konnten bekleidet mit Badesachen 100 m zum Strand laufen, der sehr gepflegt und schön war. Wer Wert auf eine super Ausgangslage für Exkursionen und Wohlfühlen in einer angenehmen Nachbarschaft hat, ist hier richtig."

"Villetta piuttosto confortevole, attrezzata di tutto; il giardino possiede degli alberi che fanno una gradevole ombra sulla casa, rendendo gradevole il soggiorno anche durante le giornate estive di intensa calura. Il confort che ho riscontrato nella villetta ha pienamente contribuito alla riuscita delle mie vacanze a Fontane Bianche. Di certo, qualora volessi ritornare sul posto, prenoterei la stessa villetta. Inoltre, la proprietaria della villetta si è mostrata sempre disponibile e attenta ad ogni nostra eventuale richiesta. Infine, consiglio vivamente "Villa Giuseppina" comne soggiorno ideale per una famiglia di 4/5 persone"

"Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in Villa Guiseppina. Die Nähe des Hauses zum Strand ermöglichte uns mit unseren zwei kleinen Kindern einen sehr angenehmen Strandurlaub. Sogar Sandspielzeug lag für die Kinder bei unserer Ankunft bereit. Der Strand war sauber, das Wasser klar und für die Kinder ideal. Wir kommen gerne wieder!"
